A strong and active residence life staff in the primarily freshmen residences—Stuyvesant Park Residence, Loeb Hall, and the 13th Street Residence—provides students with exceptional programming and personal attention. While returning students mingle with freshmen at the Village residences, students choosing the 20th Street Residence will experience the vibrant culture of Chelsea. Others may want to join the graduate students at the William Street Residence and enjoy the sights and sounds of the South Street Seaport and the historic Wall Street area.
