This is a seven-story city landmark facility. Designed as a traditional-style residence hall, the 13th Street Residence is great for first-time college students who want to be close to campus in addition to living at one of the most beautiful streets in New York City.

Automatic enrollment in meal plan. Each resident receives $1,495 meal card per semester.
