HEOP invites applicants for the fall and spring semesters (only transfer students may apply for spring semester). To apply, follow these steps:

1. Submit an admissions application to Parsons The New School for Design or Eugene Lang College The New School for Liberal Arts. Follow instructions carefully. Indicate where appropriate that you would like to be considered for HEOP.
2. Review the HEOP Fact Sheet and contact the HEOP Office with any questions.
3. Submit the HEOP Supplemental Admissions Application.
4. Submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon after January 1 as possible. The priority deadline for filing is March 1. Ask that your information be forwarded to the college to which you are applying by using the New School Title IV code: 002780
