Student Financial Services offers answers and support for students with questions about their student account, financial aid packaging, and payment options. Our phone lines are very busy during various times of the year, especially during the following times:
- April 1 to May 15, when our prospective freshmen are choosing their college.
- Mid-July to mid-August, when the fall invoices have been mailed.
- During new student orientation at the end of August through mid-September during registration and start of fall classes.
- Early January to February 1 during registration and the start of spring classes.
During the remainder of the year, most calls are answered with little waiting time. We have some suggestions to assist you in getting the answers to your questions. First, always check your student account summary and financial aid awards in MyNewSchool. Also check our FAQ’s page and information about applying for aid and payment options. If you need to speak to a Student Financial Services representative, please note that our highest call volume during the week occurs on Mondays and between the hours of 12:00 to 4:00 pm. You may also email us, and we will make every effort to reply on the same day, with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
