CoFED, a training program that empowers students to create ethically-sourced, cooperatively-run food enterprises, will host a workshop on how to start up a student-led food cooperative at The New School. If you’re ready to take back your rights to cook on campus and serve food independently of any food business purveyors, this is the event for you. “Slow snacks” will be made with your help.
