Are you a new international student? Did you arrive in New York City well before school begins? Join us for an interactive information session for new international students. Learn about International Student Services (ISS), living in New York City, and studying at The New School. Topics include opening a bank account, getting a cell phone, registering for classes, developing successful study habits, being safe in the city, getting involved on campus, and much more. The session ends with a short walking tour of the neighborhood around The New School and a trip to The Highline, a local above-ground park. This is a great opportunity to meet ISS staff and other new international students. This event is optional.
