The Office of Student Development and Activities (OSDA) is sponsoring a Sustainable Food Spring Break Service Trip March 12-16 at Sylvestor Manor and Garden of Eve Farms in Long Island, New York. Spend three days celebrating local food production by working the land, learning how to cook, and singing historic field songs. Spots are very limited and sign-ups are due by Friday, March 2.
