RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The New School community is comprised of multiple constituents including students, faculty, administrators, and staff. As in any community, there are certain privileges, rights, and responsibilities associated with membership.

The Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities is committed to fostering and promoting an environment in which good citizenship can flourish among and between students and other members of The New School community. The office seeks to achieve this objective through the development and sustainment of educational programs, and through fair and dutiful administration of the Student Code of Conduct and the Non-Academic Disciplinary Process.
