Access Your Financial Aid Information
Student financial aid awards are displayed by aid year, along with a list of documents received and a list of documents still needed to complete your financial aid file. This information is provided in real time; information is current as of the day and time when it is viewed.
The New School issues electronic invoices as a way to offer greater access to invoice and payment information and to reduce our impact on the environment. Students will receive notifications in their New School (@newschool.edu) email accounts when invoices are ready to be viewed online.
New students will receive a pre-bill notice including an estimate of charges and approved financial aid awards. They will receive an electronic invoice after completing the registration process for the first time.
Students can sign up to receive electronic refunds, which are deposited directly into their savings or checking account. To expedite the processing of your refund, please sign up now.
Paper refund checks (if applicable) will still be sent to the parent borrowers of students using a Parent Loan for Undergraduate Students to finance their educational expenses.
Monthly Payment Plan
The Monthly Payment Plan uses real-time information about your student account to calculate charges and payments. Enrollment begins in early July.
Students can now make payments online using a checking or savings account. No more writing checks!
Students can designate an authorized user (parent, relative, guardian, employer, etc.) to view their accounts and make payments on their behalf. If a student designates an authorized user, the user will receive emails notifying him or her that new invoices are available for viewing, that payments on a payment plan are due, etc.
Students can store payment methods for faster transactions. Simply use the My Profiles link to store either information for credit cards or checking or savings accounts. The stored payment method will be offered as an option each time you make a payment through the system.
