The most distinguishing feature of a democratic society is the right of
the citizenry to elect its representatives to government. This right is
absolute, but comes with responsibilities and requires action on your
part. One such action calls for every citizen to register to vote.
UNLESS YOU REGISTER, YOU CANNOT EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO VOTE.
Registration is a simple process that involves the completing and
mailing of simple voter registration application. Applications are
available from the Office of Student Rights & Responsibilities, or
at the New York City Board of Elections website.
BE RESPONSIBLE, REGISTER TODAY.
