Staff and Contact Information
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Short questions can usually be answered by our front desk advisors.
To have a more extended discussion with an advisor, please schedule an appointment by submitting the online reservation form. You will be sent an email confirming your appointment time. Otherwise, you can meet with an advisor without an appointment during drop-in time, every Monday and Wednesday, 2:00-4:30 p.m., except holidays (first come first served).
The senior director keeps open hours on Wednesdays, 2:00-4:00 p.m., except holidays. This is an opportunity for to share any ideas or feedback that you have about the university's international student services or any issues that you believe are affecting international students generally.
While we can't promise to solve every problem, we do our best to address them according to our resources. Please note: it is not productive to seek individual counseling for things that are already addressed through general ISS information sessions and other open workshops and forums.
