HEOP invites applications for the fall and spring semesters (transfer students only for spring semester). Review the HEOP Fact Sheet for eligibility information. To apply, follow these steps:

1. Apply for admission to Parsons The New School for Design or Eugene Lang College The New School for Liberal Arts and indicate interest in HEOP consideration on your application.
2. Submit the HEOP Supplemental Application
3. Include signed documentation of family and personal income as required (signed 1040, SSI, Public Assistance, etc.)
4. Include copies of your completed financial aid applications (FAFSA, TAP). All financial aid information must be completed by March 1 for fall semester applicants. (The New School's FAFSA Title IV code is 002780.)

Only applicants who have submitted all the required documentation will be contacted for an interview.
