option for first-time college students who want to live close to campus.

Loft/bunk and traditional long twin beds. Each resident has a desk, chair, dresser, and wardrobe.
Cafeteria on lower level; 3 to 4 private bathrooms per floor.
Automatic enrollment in Meal Plan. Each resident receives a $1,595 meal card per semester.
Art studio and TV and piano lounge; cafeteria on lower level.
Phone jacks in room for each resident; each has an assigned phone number. Free incoming calls only. Local and long-distance outcalls through RCN.
Limited basic cable TV programming in each bedroom; TV in lounge with basic cable programming.
Every room has an Ethernet data jack providing free Internet access.
24-hour security desk; swipe card access to building and room.
