David
Woloch is currently the Deputy Commissioner for External Affairs at the New
York City Department of Transportation, where he has worked since 2000. He
previously served as an Assistant Commissioner at the Department of Citywide
Administrative Services and as Assistant Director of the Mayor's Office of
Operations. He holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University's
Kennedy School of Government and a B.A. from Cornell University.
