Scott Gassman is the founder of IdeaJuice, a consulting firm focused on strengthening executive and team effectiveness, improving productivity, designing change or transition initiatives, engaging the whole work-force, maximizing meeting value, producing positive videos and building learning strategies. A coach, trainer, mediator (and mentor at CMS) and facilitator, Scott manages projects for individual, team and enterprise-wide initiatives.He has led corporate organization development, leadership development and interactive media groups, matrix and traditional teams, and produced a President’s weekly enterprise-wide internal corporate two-way desktop broadcast program. He was the organization development leader for the systems, technology, and infrastructure divisions within two Fortune corporations, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield and Medco Health Solutions. On behalf of Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, he received the Ken Blanchard Companies’ Humanizing the Workplace Award. He was also a recipient of Training Magazine’s Training Director of the Year Award.Recent clients include the American Management Association, Medco, Noble Health Solutions, America Speaks, Parsons, The New School, INTA, Ninth House Network, NOITU, NYTAP, Amalgamated Life, ICN and Caucus, and StopItNow! Scott is an American board member of Afrika Tikkun, a South African educational charity.As an Associate of America Speaks, he facilitated socially democratic efforts like Our Budget, Our Economy; Equal Voices for America’s Families; National EMS Preparedness Initiative with the EMS Operational Chiefs; California Speaks; Seaport Speaks (NYC); and at the first Louisiana Recovery and Rebuilding Conference (New Orleans). He is an Associate Professor in the Organizational Change Management and Leadership Program at Milano the New School for Public Engagement. Current research focuses on corporate workforce engagement strategies. He reviews manuscripts for Berrett-Koehler Publishers, Inc, and has served as a consultant to the U.S. Navy, Chase Manhattan Bank, Montefiore Medical Center, Boeing, CitiBank, UNICEF, Philip Morris and NYC, NYS and the federal government.
