Part-Time Faculty, Urban Policy
Robert A. Padgug, PhD, is a New York City-based health policy and finance consultant who also teaches health economics, policy, and financing at The New School and the City University of New York. He has worked for non-profit insurance, HIV/AIDS treatment, alcoholism and substance treatment, prenatal care, and other community organizations, and at Jacobi Medical Center and North Central Bronx Hospital, Friends and Relatives of Institutionalized Elderly, and Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield in government affairs, finance, research, grants management, general administration, and policy. Dr. Padgug serves on the Boards of Directors of the Public Health Association of New York City (and co-chairs its Public Policy Committee), Physicians for National Health Program, and Rekindling Reform. He is the author of several books and articles.
