For the professional prepared to make the leap into design, Parsons offers Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degrees in Fashion Design, Fashion Marketing, Graphic Design, and Interior Design. Our students enter the school as experienced attorneys, bankers, teachers, stockbrokers, and chefs, and graduate as merchandisers, fashion designers, graphic artists, and interior designers versed in the language, process, and technology of their new fields.
Serious about your interest in undergraduate study at The New School and looking for an insider's view of the classroom? Consider incorporating a class visit to your time on campus! Class visits are available for online registration for both Eugene Lang College The New School for Liberal Arts and The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music. To sit in on a Lang seminar class, register for a "Eugene Lang College Class Visit" at least five days in advance; and, to sit in on a Jazz ensemble class, register for a "Jazz and Contemporary Music Village Campus Tour." Class visits for Parsons The New School for Design, The New School for Drama, Mannes College The New School for Music and The New School for Public Engagement aren't available for online registration, but can be coordinated by emailing the Offices of Admission.
