WHAT:

What effect will Latino voters have on the outcome of the 2012 election? The New School presents a town hall that explores how economic concerns and immigration policies will determine Latino voting behavior on election day. Understanding the political cross-currents buffeting Latinos today will provide valuable insight on the probable outcome of the election, as well as political and policy implications for the nation over the next four years. The event will be distributed to a national audience on the web and as a special program offered by Latino USA and is presented by Feet in Two Worlds, the Center for New York City Affairs, Global Studies at The New School, Americas Society/Council of the Americas, and Latino USA.
