WHAT: What are the implications of the unprecedented revolutionary wave transforming the Middle East? Unseating the entrenched leaders of Tunisia and Egypt, the movement now sweeps through Algeria, Jordan, Syria, Yemen, Bahrain and Iran. The New School's graduate program in International Affairs and Global Studies department present an up-to-the-minute discussion featuring New York's top experts on Middle East politics and human rights. The panel of distinguished Middle East experts will examine where these movements might lead, their causes, prospects for success, and consequences within and beyond the Magreb, Egypt and Iran.
