WHAT: In 2006, Lieutenant Colonel (ret.) Ollanta Humala Tasso lost Peru's presidential election to current President Alan Garcia Perez by only two percent of the vote. Now again running for president, Tasso will discuss the current political situation in Peru, his political platform, and the policies he would put in place should he be elected.
