(New York, NY - March 4, 2005) The Actors Studio Seminars: The Craft of Theater and Film at New School University announces the line-up for the spring 2005 semester. Jane Fonda, Michael J. Fox, Sir Elton John, Angelina Jolie, and the cast and creator of “Everybody Loves Raymond” are among the guests who will be interviewed in-depth about their lives and careers by host James Lipton.
The Actors Studio Seminars begin on Monday, March 7, 2005 and run for 8 sessions. All seminars begin at 7:00 p.m. at New School University’s John L. Tishman Auditorium, 66 West 12th Street, Manhattan.

The Actors Studio Seminars is taped for later broadcast as the award-winning show “Inside the Actors Studio” on Bravo, currently seen in 78 million homes. “Inside the Actors Studio” has been nominated nine times for an Emmy. The show is currently seen in more than 76 million homes. The show has also received two Cable ACE Award nominations, winning for Best Talk Show in 1997. James Lipton, the executive producer, writer and host of the series, is dean emeritus of the Actors Studio Drama School of New School University. Following the interview, students in the Actors Studio Drama School's M.F.A. program participate in a class with the guest.
