ANNOUNCES THE 6th ANNUAL REPERTORY SEASON
Wednesday, February 13 Saturday, May 4, 2002
(New York, NY December 6, 2001) The Actors Studio Drama
School announced today that its 6th Annual Repertory Season will open on Wednesday,
February 13, 2002 and run through Saturday, May 4, 2002 at The Actors Studio
Drama School Theatre located at 159 Bleecker Street in Greenwich Village (between
Sullivan and Thompson Streets).

This years class includes 48 actors, 8 playwrights, and
8 directors in original works by the Schools playwrights, as well as works
drawn from the classic and contemporary repertory. Each program will feature
three pieces, and performances will be presented five times a week - Wednesday
through Saturday at 8 PM, with a Saturday matinee at 3 PM.
The Repertory Season represents the culmination of a three-year program of intensive study in each of the disciplines represented. The productions are all directed and acted and many written by graduating students in their introduction to the public and the professional community.

the New School joined forces with the prestigious Actors Studio. James Lipton
is Dean of the School. Mr. Lipton also hosts the Actors Studio Seminar Series,
