Marketing
Marketing creates the paid advertising and promotional strategies that support and enhance the university's overarching brand and mission, as well as specific marketing campaigns and co-branding opportunities for discrete programs, events, and school recruitment.
Marketing’s responsibilities include:
- developing creative concepts for campaigns
- creating advertising campaigns for academic programs and events
- producing and writing hundreds of ads in different formats, specs, and media (print, online, radio, television, and out-of-home)
- use social networking sites, such as Myspace, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, as marketing tools.
- create events (open houses such as Grad Expo) with Admission department
- measure effectiveness of ads by tracking/tagging specific pages on website
- increase the awareness of our site through Search Engine Optimization
