Chen Guangcheng on the Future of the Rule of Law and Human Rights in China

This University in Exile event features Chen Guangcheng, the blind activist lawyer recently permitted to leave China who is currently a visiting scholar at New York University School of Law; Jerome A. Cohen, professor of Law and co-director of the U.S.-Asia Law Institute at New York University School of Law, who was active in securing Chen Guangcheng's release; and Ira Belkin, executive director of the U.S.-Asia Law Institute at NYU School of Law.

Event is free and open to the public. Please RSVP to cps@newschool.edu. Seating is limited, and preference will be given to those who have RSVP'd. The event will also be streamed live.
