Internship Work Contract

An Experience Learning Agreement is required for all for-credit internships at Parsons.

Filling Out the Experience Learning Agreement
All Experience Learning Agreements must be filled out digitally—paper copies are not accepted.

If you experience difficulties completing the Experience Learning Agreements, contact our office at 212.229.1324 or

Step 1:

The student completes the Experience Learning Agreement.

To do so, please follow the steps below:

  • Step 1: Go to
  • Step 2: Click the Student/Alumni button.
  • Step 3: Enter your Net ID and Password.
  • Step 4: Select the Profile tab Experience.
  • Step 5: Click Add New.

** When entering your supervisor's name and email address, be sure to enter the name of the person who will be reviewing the agreement. This is often HR and not your direct supervisor, so be sure to confirm this with your employer.**

Step 2:

Once you’ve submitted your Experience Learning Agreement, Career Services and ISS (for international students) will review it and if approved forward the agreement to your Employer via SuccessLink.

International students (on F-1 and J-1 visas) must fill out both the Experience Learning Agreement and the ISS Online Service Request Form; a service request can be made here.

International students cannot start their internship (including zero-credit internships) until both the Experience Learning Agreement and the ISS Online Service Request have been returned to them with proper authorization.

Step 3:

Your Employer will be notified by email that there is an Experience Learning Agreement pending their approval. Your employer will then need to log in to SuccessLink and submit their portion of the agreement.

Step 4:

Your Academic Advisor will then review the Experience Learning Agreement, also via SuccessLink, and email you the CRN to register the course. For international students, ISS will process any necessary documents after you have enrolled in the internship course.

Step 5:
Career Services will email you and your employer an official Letter of Eligibility, confirming enrollment in the course.
