New York City. She has a proven track record of establishing user-centric
practices within creative agency environments as well as a reputation for
stellar information architecture work in a variety of client contexts.
For her work as Director of Strategic Planning & User Experience at
DraftFCB, Abby was listed by the Direct Marketing Associations 30 Under 30
in 2011. She helped lead a team working for Sharpie in 2012, and received
a TED Ad Worth Spreading Award.
Abby speaks and writes under the pseudonym Abby the IA. She has a well
known blog where she shares her work and thoughts about Information
Architecture. Abby also lectures at The School of Visual Arts, General Assembly, Hyper
