    Randolph Sabedra

    Profile

    Randy Sabedra is principal of RS Lighting Design in New York City. He is the recipient of numerous lighting honors including an IESNY Lumen Award, an IES International Illumination Design Award of Merit, the Cooper Source Professional Award, and recently an Outstanding Achievement from Architectural Lighting's Light and Architecture Design Award. In 2005 Randy was elected president of the Illuminating Engineering Society New York City Section for a two-year term. He has held various positions at the IESNY since 2002, including serving as the organization's vice president and co-chair of the IESNY Education Committee, advisor on the Student Lighting Design Competition, and currently is the chair for the NYC Public Outreach Committee.
