    Mitchell Owen

    Profile

    Mitchell Owen owns MOD, LLC and Mitchell Owen Architecture, PLLC (www.modgrp.com) and has been teaching design, history, and theory at Parsons since 2000. His award winning firm specializes in high-end residential, retail, and institutional design, most noted for their work with Barneys New York. Mitchell's work has been featured in the New York Times, Womens Wear Daily, and DDI Magazine, among others. He has lectured on and written about the intersection of politics and design in WWII era California Modern architecture and continues his research in the crossing of political and social issues with architecture and urban design.
