Part-time Assistant Professor
My education and professional career began as a draftsman and facilities planner for engineers and architects; and I gradually segued from precision and perspective to syncopation and composition performing and recording music, and simultaneously working as a visual artist in the retail and photo industry. Curiosity and imagination were the impetus to the visual arts and my altruistic nature and life-long learning directed me to academia. As an educator my courses ranged from fine art, photostyling, visual thinking for business to photography collaboration strategies.
As an educator, my intention is guide individuals to utilize generative thinking to develop and visualize clever ideas for the presentation of a product and/or service, and to inspire them to reflect their best in business+life. My inspirations are the calligraphic spirit of landscapes and taijiquan, syncopated musical and visual rhythms, to the sensibility of Haiku poems and Shakespeare sonnets.
