Procedure Statement
The purchasing department maintains a list of acceptable brands and
models of copiers which have been pre-approved by the university. These
pre approved copiers are available via lease. Fill out the Copier
Request Form and fax it to purchasing so that we can assess your needs.
Someone from the department will get back to you with suggestions.
How to Order a Copier
If you would like to lease a copier, please fill out the Copier Request Form (PDF) and return it to Purchasing.
How to Place a Service Call
- Each unit will have a tag which indicates a service number to call.
- Give the model & serial number to the Customer Service Dispatcher.
- Tell the Dispatcher if a service code number appears on the Minolta LCD.
- Briefly describe the problem.
- A Customer Service Representative will come to repair your Minolta device.
Order Supplies
- Call the service number on the tag.
- Give the model & serial number.
- Tell the Dispatcher if a service code number appears on the Minolta LCD.
- Briefly describe the problem.
- Tell the supply representative that you need toner or staples.
NOTE: Please order toner when you place the last toner cartridge in your
machine—do not wait until you are completely out!
