Preparing for Year End 2012 and New Year 2013

Revisions to the November and December payroll schedules to accommodate holidays and winter break have been posted. Please review and share them with others in your department. 

Check Your Personal Information

Now that year end processing is around the corner, please take a moment to review your name, address, and Social Security number in MyNewSchool/ALVIN. Follow the instructions to make corrections as soon as possible.

Also, please review your payroll earnings, deductions, and tax history. If you have questions or if something doesn't appear to be correct, please contact us.

2013 Payroll Schedules

Payroll schedules for next year are being finalized and will be posted by November 30, 2012. Please check back for updates.

Extension of the 2 per cent Social Security Employee Tax Rate Reduction through 12/31/12 President Obama signed into law HR 3630, the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012—legislation that maintains the current payroll tax rate of 4.2 per cent through the year 2012.
