The course is designed to provide students with
the fundamental mathematical and statistical skills required for graduate study
in economics. This course is strongly recommended for all incoming MA and PhD
students in economics and is a requirement in some of the Economics MA concentrations.
The course is open to any degree or nondegree student at The New School for
Social Research.
