Training and development specialists are vital contributors to today's high-performance organizations, helping to enhance employee productivity in a variety of ways. This certificate program is designed to broaden the skills of those who are currently working or planning to work in the field. 

Applicants to this certificate must hold an appropriate advanced degree to be eligible for enrollment. The certificate requires six courses in Training and Development as follows:
