Students must successfully complete 39 credits to fulfill degree requirements. All degree candidates are required to take Understanding Media Studies, Media Studies: Ideas, Media Practices: Concepts, three credits of methods coursework, and a minimum of two practice and project courses. Students can choose either the thesis or non-thesis option; both options require the completion of 39 credits.
