The New School MA TESOL program is flexible. You have the option of completing the degree entirely online or in combination with the summer intensive program on-site at our Greenwich Village campus. If you are unable to commit to a full-time program of study, a part-time study option is available. This degree of choice is unique for master's programs in this field.
Online MA TESOL courses take place in a state-of-the-art asynchronous environment—you can be "in class" 24/7 from anywhere in the world where there's a computer, a browser, and an Internet connection.
To experience our online learning environment, visit the MA TESOL Online Preview site on BlackBoard (the interface used for all New School online courses). The preview acquaints you with the main features of asynchronous online learning. A discussion board allows for online conversations among prospective students, faculty, and staff.
