The fifth International Schenker Symposium will be held at Mannes College in New York City March 15-17, 2013. The mission of the symposium is to demonstrate the breadth of scholarly, artistic, and pedagogical work stimulated by the brilliant musical theorist, Heinrich Schenker (1868–1935). Anyone interested in presenting a paper is cordially invited to submit a proposal by October 1, 2012.
