Teaches art song and opera. Has worked as vocal coach and recitalist with artists such as Stephanie Blythe, Anthony Griffey, Angelika Kirchschlager, Bejun Mehta, Anna Moffo, Teresa Santiago, Carlo Scibelli, Renata Scotto, Veronica Villaroel, and Jon Villars; conductors such as Louis Langére, Gerard Schwartz, Kurt Masur, and Sir Neville Marriner; and directors such as Colin Graham, Jonathan Miller, and Peter Sellars. Has taught at Yale University, New York University, and Bucharest Academy of Music (Romania). Faculty, Manhattan School of Music and Mannes College The New School for Music. Founding director, Collaborative Piano Program at Mannes, which produced students now active in the collaborative field at Metropolitan Opera and Juilliard School and on Broadway. ,  coaches at Renata Scotto Opera Academy during summers. Staff, Mostly Mozart Festival at Lincoln Center. Has had affiliations with New York Philharmonic and Juilliard Opera Center. Assistant conductor for seven years with Lyric Theatre of Craiova.
