Profile:
Soloist, chamber musician, educator.  Awards: Naumburg Chamber Music Award, American New Music Consortium Award, NEA Solo Recitalist Fellowship.  Founding member, The Jubal Trio, Bach’s Uncle, Waverly Woodwind Quintet, League/ISCM Chamber Players, Kahn/Willis Duo, Orchestra of Our Time, League of Composers Orchestra.  Solo and chamber recitals in major concert halls and festivals throughout the United States, Russia, and Poland.  Recordings for New World, Vox, Capstone, MGG, CRI, Albany.  President of the National Flute Association, 2005.  Former faculty, Manhattan School of Music, SUNY at Purchase, Sarah Lawrence College, Williams College, Bennington College.  Former Director, Mannes Preparatory Division, 1996-2009.  Present faculty, Columbia University, The Chamber Music Conference of the East.  Flute and Chamber Music faculty, Mannes College the New School for Music, since 1996.
