Arts Institute, Chiari, Italy, and Director of the Brooklyn College Opera
Theatre. Mr. Barrett has received critical praise for his operatic productions
seen in the United States and abroad. Participant, National Screening Committee
for the Fulbright Foundation; Master classes throughout the U.S.; Private
studio in New York. Outstanding Achievement in Teaching, National Arts
