Kathleen Supove is one of America’s most acclaimed and versatile contemporary music pianists, known for continually redefining what a pianist/keyboardist/performance artist is in today’s world.
Sideband has established itself as one of the world’s premiere laptop orchestras. Their concerts feature laptops as musical instruments, augmented by wireless networks, multichannel speakers, live 3-D video projections, hacked video game controllers, homemade hardware, traditional instruments, physical movement, live acoustic players, and
much more.
The program will include works by the group’s members, all composers, including two of them written for Ms. Supove as piano soloist with the ensemble.
