Ivy Baldwin


Profile:
Ivy Baldwin (Movement Research Repertory) is a NYC-based choreographer, performer, and teacher. Baldwin has received commissions from New York Live Arts, The Chocolate Factory, Dance Theater Workshop, Dance New Amsterdam, and Dixon Place. Within the university system, Baldwin has received commissions for original student work from Barnard College, Iowa State University, North Carolina School of the Arts, New York University Tisch School of the Arts & La MaMa E.T.C, Hunter College (Harkness Foundation Choreographer-in-Residence), and Long Island University. Baldwin has taught contemporary technique at Rutgers University, Mason Gross School of the Arts, composition at Dance New Amsterdam, and grant writing at NYU Tisch School of the Arts. She is a graduate of both the North Carolina School of the Arts and New York University Tisch School of the Arts MFA program.
