Virginia is a trained opera singer who lived and performed in Vienna, Austria for over a decade. She has worked as a composer and writer; for 6 years, she was the English editor of the bi-lingual contemporary art magazine spike art quarterly. She is interested in the intersections and collisions between politics, society and music of all kinds, including not only classical music, but jazz, punk, country and rock.
