Lang

Exchange Programs

  • Lang-Sponsored Exchange Programs

Special exchange agreements enable Lang students to study abroad at the schools listed below. Students pay Lang tuition and retain institutional financial aid from The New School. Financial aid (scholarships and loans) can be applied toward educational expenses.

Credits earned during the exchange apply toward the Lang degree (a minimum grade of C in each course is required). They are counted as transfer credits, so the New School transcript reflects only the credits and not the grades.

To qualify for an international exchange, students must first be nominated by the Lang Study Abroad office and have a strong academic record (minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA). Consult with your study abroad advisor and faculty advisor to determine how courses completed through the exchange can be applied toward your academic requirements at Lang.

To apply for the programs below, please log in to MyNewSchool and click the red GoAbroad link under the Academics tab.
