SUPPLIES AND OTHER EXPENSES
In addition to tuition, fees, and housing expenses, students should plan to have sufficient funds available for books and supplies, transportation, and personal expenses for the school year.
Students are bound by all academic regulations, published annually in the New School Student Handbook which is given to all new students at orientation and is available by request at any time from the Office of Student Life.
TYPICAL SCHOOL-YEAR EXPENSES
Below are estimated expenses for the school year (two semesters).
Expenses may vary depending on a student's housing location.
EXTENDED PAYMENT PLAN (EPP)
The New School offers an extended payment plan, which allows families to pay for tuition, fees, and campus housing over the course of the semester rather than in one lump sum at the beginning of each term. Visit our Student Financial Services website for more information.
The New School is accredited by the Commission on Higher Education of the Middle States Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools. Information about course offerings, semester point evaluations, academic requirements, tuition fees, and faculty is subject to change without notice.
