and former Beacons in Jazz award recipients collaborate for a
momentous end-of-anniversary year concert. Performers include Chico
Hamilton, Barry Harris, Jim Hall, Peter Bernstein, Jimmy Heath, Marcus
Strickland, E.J. Strickland, Bernard "Pretty" Purdie, Charles
Tolliver, Junior Mance, Jane Ira Bloom, Reggie Workman and others.
