(IRP) provides a stimulating and supporting environment for serious peer learning to people of all backgrounds interested in intellectual exploration. The IRP encourages students to challenge themselves by taking part in
study groups, and by assuming academic and administrative leadership roles. The IRP is open to retired or semiretired people who want to participate actively in cooperative learning and instruction.
