Get an insider's view of the faculty, students, and academic climate of The New School by visiting a class. Available courses for the current academic term are listed below. Only one visiting student can be accommodated per class session, so please contact the Office of Admission as soon as possible to arrange, reschedule, or cancel a visit.

To arrange your visit, email gradadmission@newschool.edu with the following information:

  • Subject line "Class Visit"
  • Your full name
  • Your address (street, apartment, city, state, zip)
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address for confirmation
  • Your program of interest (e.g., MA/MS in International Affairs)
  • Your anticipated date of matriculation at The New School (Spring 2012, Fall 2013, etc.)
  • Three options from the following list in order of preference (be sure to include the title, date, and time of each course you choose)

*Please note that class visits must be scheduled at least two days in advance. We will respond within one business day of your request to confirm your visit and provide you with your guest pass.

Spring 2012 class visits begin February 6, 2012 and conclude April 27, 2012.
