International Student Services is located at 2 West 13th Street on the 12th floor. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Simple questions can usually be answered by our front desk advisors.
To have a more extended discussion with an advisor, please schedule an appointment by calling 212.229.5592 during normal business hours. Otherwise, you can meet with an advisor without an appointment during drop-in time, every Monday and Wednesday, 2:00-4:45 p.m., except holidays (first come, first served).
The senior director keeps open hours on Wednesdays, 2:00-4:00 p.m., except holidays. This is an opportunity to share any ideas or feedback you have about the university's international student services or any issues that you believe are affecting international students generally.
While we can't promise to solve every problem, we do our best to address them according to our resources. Please note: It is not productive to seek individual counseling for matters that are already addressed through general ISS information sessions and other open workshops and forums.
