Before you setup up your New School Mail on a mobile device or mail client, please note the following"

Your must first enable IMAP in your New School Google Apps:

  1. Sign in to your account at mail.newschool.edu.
  2. Click the gear icon in the upper-right and select Mail Settings.
  3. Click Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
  4. Select Enable IMAP.

Configuring POP or IMAP access for your New School Google Apps email address is very similar to configuring it with a Gmail account. However, any time you're asked for your username during the configuration process, you'll need to enter your full email address (YourNetID@newschool.edu).
