Did you know that you can print booklets using InDesign?
InDesign offers a Print Booklet feature that lets you easily arrange and output professional-quality booklet materials. For example, if you’re editing an 8-page booklet, the pages appear will appear in sequential order in the layout window so that you can refine and preview your layout. However, when your booklet prints, page 2 is automatically positioned next to page 7 on the same sheet in your print spread. When the printed materials are folded, and collated, the pages end up in the appropriate order.
For instructions on how to print booklets on Academic Technology printers, see the InDesign section of the Best Practices for Lab Printing page.
